Having Trouble for Getting AdSense PIN in U.A.E (Help Please)

Hello Seniors,

I have been using adsense from last three months, But my pin code has not been received yet. I live in UAE, which has no zip code or postal code. Unfortunately i wasn't sure and I did not know about that. I put my street address with building name as well with flat number. But I didn't get any mail on that address. I already applied twice for the pin code. I am not applying for the third until I get some real answer of what to do. I am very much frustrated....
