Can google ban me for selling Google Ads Accounts if buyer runs abusive ads on them?

I have a good offer to sell a lot of my old, currently unused google ads accounts. What if buyer will run abusive ads on them? Can Google somehow punish me for selling them? Have you seen something like that? WordPress ...
