Hey, just signed up this place looks great. Just checked the services section and was curious am i allowed to advertise my skills (design services) as a newbie? or Are there specific guidelines or a waiting period I should be aware of before i go and create a thread in there.

Don't want to break any rule as a newbie. so thought i should ask first before posting.
