Cheap Windows VPS - With 32 Bit Color Display

I'm looking for cheap windows VPS hosting, NE, DE or maybe UK.

RAM, Space, Bandwidth aren't really much of an issue as it will be used to run one piece of software for around 8-10 hours a day. Software will hardly use any bandwidth or RAM at all, and will not take up much space. The only thing that is needed is a high quality (32 bit) color display.

You will not even notice me using the VPS and the resource usage will be extremely minimal.
