UK based cloud hosting ?

Hi,

I am looking for some UK based cloud hosting.

Requirements
Linux ( not too fussed what distro )
cPanel
at least 30 domains
allow wildcard subdomain ie *.mydomain.com
disk space 20GB minimum
Bandwidth 300GB month
the ability to simply increase diskspace / cpu / bandwidth without having to move server etc.

Can anyone suggest a good reliable company? WordPress ...
