Google Payments Account Has Been Suspended

Hi Guys
My Ads account got suspended and I really don't know the reason of it, I haven't received any email yet.

I have the access to that Google Ads account as well.

For the verification, I have submitted the owner Gov ID but Google didn't verify the details. Today I received the mail from Google said:
