Advise on VPS/Dedicated for my proxy site

Hi everyone I'm having some issues with 3 proxy sites (glype v1.4.1 script)...
I'm looking for advice to host it in the best place.

This are my stats overall on 3 sites:
~12000 visits per day
220k page views per day
12TB Month
900 unique users (max 2000) @ peak hours for 4-6 hours constantly
(blocked iran, china and russia due to resources issues)

Don't blame be but I'm using 2x godaddy 4GH ultimate plans that's why I don't know how much ram/cpu i'm using right now. I have been using...
