Processing subscription payments

Hello,
Recently started a subscription-based service that starts after a 7-day trial. We are having some issues with getting people to bill after the trial. Does anyone have feedback on when is the best time to bill? Or any feedback at all? I am wondering if there is a formula for day of the week/time of the day. Any and all help is appreciated.
