Posting the same video on different Tiktok and Youtube accounts

Hello,
We are a music project and we have a new song. We are plaing to use some influencers, who will post a short promo video about this song on their Tiktok and Youtube accounts. I know that neither Tiktok or Youtube would allow to post the absolutely same video on more than 1 account.
To avoid this problem, would it be ok, if we would make some small differences in the videos, like having the ends a bit shorter or longer?
Or any other idea how could we post the same video on different...
