Site's own IP address showing up as exteal link

I have kind of a weird problem and I'd appreciate it greatly if you could help. My site's own IP address was listed as exteal linking site 2856 times in Google Search Console. I have no idea what could be causing this. I have not modified the site in any way and this just showed up in the last few months.

I am using Nginx and everything works fine. I Googled a lot and the answers are always the same. The most obvious answers "This is a web server configuration issue, but no need to worry...
