FiorellaCarraro on "[Plugin: Google Maps Widget] API key test failed"

No problem to obtain the API key with the wizard - I made the http "protection" to the URL and wrote as it in the example - yesterday I done the test but fail, Today I tried the same key but fail, then I got a new key, but I ever have the same message: "An undocumented error has occured. Please refresh the page and try again."
Have you some suggestion for me?
The WP version is 4.5.3 IT.

Please make sure you have the latest version of GMW and send the link to the problematic site.

Maybe I have some problem with my theme in WordPress... I manage to load another widget, but it start to load and goes on and on!
I'm trying to solve it.
