Jigoshop Support - Marcin on "Jigoshop - blank page when adding products to shopping cart"

Hi, I've got customers complaining that they can't add products to the shopping cart, when they click to add to basket they get a blank page.
I've tried this and get the same, if you refresh the page the products are added to the cart but can't expect customers to know this, am loosing custom, can anyone help fix please.
