rabiibouhestine on "I can't login to /wp-admin anymore"

I can no longer coect to my admin page via /wp-admin, it says "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

things I tried that didn't work :

-verified that the 'wp_' prefix is correct

-made sure that wp_capabilities is set to "a:1:{s:13:"administrator";b:1;}"

-made sure that wp_user_level is set to "10"

-I tried desactivating all my plugins

Remarks :

-the website has two admins, my friend and I, both are having the same issue

-we can still coect to the admin dashboard even with the error message( by clicking the wordpress icon on the left in the top bar), but we can only do things an Editor could do

-I installed jetpack and deleted it not long before this started happening, and looking at the wp_usersmeta table, I found this row :
