best2008 on "[Plugin: All In One WP Security & Firewall] Captcha Problem"

Hello,

I have this error when trying to log into my website:
ERROR : Your answer is INCORRECT - please try again.

The captcha form does not show up for me sometimes. It may be because I have logged into the site on the same browser today, so I can apparently go directly to the dashboard and see the site even though I've closed it's tabs.

I removed the useame from my entry box in this screenshot, but this is after attempting to login with the correct credentials.

When I open in an incognito chrome window, the captcha form shows up.
