Nazry07 on "[Plugin: Custom DataBase Tables] Form to edit data (not showing)"

Hi there, I am trying to add an editable section for my table, I already added the code and the table is showing, but when I select a record and try to edit I am not able to see anything more than only a pop up window that says "Form to edit data", and when I hit close it goes directly to a non existing page, how to fix this? Thanks in advance!
