My blog post consists of a bullet point list. How can I get the bullet points and formatting of the text to remain the same on the front page as well?
Currently, on the front page, the post is just the text.
On clicking on the blog post, the bullet points are there.

HTML is automatically stripped out from posts on the home page, which is why your formatting is lost on that page. It is possible to "tell" the theme to preserve HTML, though.

The easiest way to go about this is with a plugin. I tested the following which worked on my own test site:

Feel free to have a browse about in the plugin repository for similar plugins, too.

Just wanted to throw out another option to consider as an alteative to the plugin route. If you add a custom excerpt with the HTML included, it will be displayed on the posts page. So the steps would be:

- Switch to HTML/Text view in the post editor
- Copy out the part you want to display on the homepage and put it into the Excerpt field
- If you don't see the Excerpt field, open the Screen Options panel at the top right and check off the "Excerpts" box
