I'm running Genesis with the Altitude child theme with W3 Total Cache and the extension says it's Disabled: Unsupported. Can anyone tell me why? Is there a feature I need to enable?
As an aside, I'm using Cloudflare with this site which is supported and actually encouraged and using the minification on the Cloudflare side.
