Suyogya Shukla on "[Theme: Arise] Page scroll to Id plugin not working with theme"

Hi there

I am unable to use the page scroll to id plugin with the Arise theme. If I add the links in the Menu it navigates to that section on the page but with a jump and not a smooth scroll. Is there anything I need to do to get this scroll to work properly?
