Hi
When I recieve one of my 2 different (but very similar) contact forms, there is no indication as to which form was filled in.
Is there a way to show within the email recieved which form was filled in?
Also, when someone answered one of my yes/no check box questions, I have no idea which question they were answering, as no label shows up in the email, is there a way to fix this too?
