Is there a way to put a description or caption to a field, to describe that field in WP Support Plus. And also, how many characters are allowed in the field label? I have this field labelled "Please rate your experience with.." i want to add a description below it saying "10 being the highest". Is it possible? or is there a way to do the same?

You can go to Support Plus > Advanced Settings > Re-Order Fields, you can use HTML values there without quotes in text field. There is no limit for charters.

I am using a custom field, in the re-order fields, i can't edit the label, or there is no "extra" unlike for the default fields.
