Wayne Allen on "Using postie shortcuts, the message disappears"

If I use shortcodes like [pmore] the whole text of the posted mail disappears. As well, if I attach a pdf to a post, or if I include an image inline in the text. Any help would be great, as I am very happy with the basic postie functionality, but would need these features. Many thanks Mischa

So I see that I had a mistake in my title: Of course it should have said "Using postie shortcodes, the message disappears".
