Jose Castaneda on "jQuery Vertical Accordion Menu does not work with gallery custom link"

Hi evevrybody,
I decided to use the Touchfolio theme for my
own portfolio, but i have an issue i am unable to resolve.
I am not a developper - only a designer so i am not sure if there is any conflict between the jQuery Vertical Accordion Menu and y
the Touchfolio theme but the menu doesn't display the galleries ( it
display only the pages) and when visiting a gallery the menu disappear.

Any idea or suggestions how to fix that?
The jQuery Vertical Accordion Menu has always been working as a charm for me with others theme ( changing the main menu for a Side bar widget displaying the menu)...Any suggestion would be great, because i am totally stuck with this...
