Hi on our site http://relationology.co.uk/ (see half way down) the most recently uploaded video is appearing twice.
This has happened before, but after a few days it fixes itself. Then when a new video is uploaded, the video is duplicated
There is no caching set up on this site - any idea what the issue could be?
