I'm using this with a custom menu (created with the Menus system) that has external links in it. None of the external links will open on the iPad. All of the other links work fine.

It's been a while. I think I removed the plugin and went with another solution.

If you dont mind could tell me what other solution did u use?

I just coded the menus myself in the templates. The client had installed this and was having the issue. It was easier for me to just work in the templates and eliminate the plugin.
