Would you please enable debug mode and check if any error is shown in that page?

To enable debug mode please edit a line in your wp-config.php:
Change

define('WP_DEBUG', false);

to

define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);

That will create a file in wp-content directory called - debug.log. Now try to login again. Check that file and see if any error in there.
