Across all pages of my site there are two rows of type along the top that read:
Waing: mysql_real_escape_string(): A link to the server could not be established in /home/wp_ygtcuz/quippyqueer.com/wp-content/plugins/subscribe-news-letter/subscribers.php on line 73
I updated everything, including my theme (Twenty Twelve). How can I eliminate this?

That is an error coming from the Email subscriber plugin. Disable that plugin and see if the error goes away.

Thank you! That did it. Now do I need to add a new version of a subscriber?
