Aghasi on "[Plugin: WooDiscuz - WooCommerce Comments] woocommerce review ratings gone after using WooDiscuz"

Some of our woocommerce product rating gone after using WooDiscuz. They are shown as "0 out of 5" rating but actually they are five stars rating. (please refer to the images https://goo.gl/photos/2TA4Dav9QxHqRZqR6 and https://goo.gl/photos/BzKDFWiMoUJeuKSb9) And what is even more weird is that they are not disappearing in the same time, but rather disappearing one by one with one or two weeks in between. In the admin page you should synchronize it. Once you install it you should get that notice.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't find the synchronize option in WooDiscuz setting page or Phrase page, and I did not receiving notice, perhaps I disabled it after activating the plugin, so is there any other way to synchronize?

deactivate/activate WooDiscuz and please be attentive about that notice. You should get it in the dashboard.

I deactivated and reactivated the plugin, but the weird thing is I don't get notice at all in dashboard or anywhere else. The only notice I got is the clear cache notice from W3 total cache, which I got every time I activate or deactivate plugins. So what can I do?
