This its seem as spam by facebook ?

Hy i want to try facebook mesenger marketing and i will contact people from fb groups on my niche on mesenger ,speak with them ,create relation and promote my offer .Its this considered spam by facebook and can block me for doing this ? Thanks WordPress ...
