Is suspended Google Ads account effect Goggle AdSense account?

Hello,
A few days ago I created a Google Ads account to run adverts on Youtube. After my first ad was placed the account has been suspended for "Suspicious payments were detected in the account" reason - however in my knowledge I didn't do anything wrong, my bank card is absolutely clean and was never used before for any related subject. For saving any further frustration I closed this Google Ads account immediately.
In a few weeks time I'd like to apply for monetization for my Youtube...
