I'm looking for real "human" traffic

for my site I'm trying to have real traffic, I don't want boot or robots sending scheduled traffic, I've already had these bad experiences and they are useless.
I know that there are real professionals here for these things and that they know how to do their job well!
what I want is an initial traffic of 1000/5000 unique visits per month.
Is this possible ?
