Looking for VPN Affiliate Programs to Promote

Does anyone know of any aff. programs for VPN services. Not looking for reseller programs, don't want the hassles.

Tried G. search, but ended wasting lots of time find aff programs with no details like;

Payment structure, cookie expiry, payout levels, payment methods etc.

Any suggestions and experiences for either inteally run aff prog or say cj.
