Offline POS solution

I am not sure if this is just rarer than a unico, or nothing more than an urban myth but here we go....
I am looking for a solution with an offline POS machine using 201 protocol with 6 digit authentication (offline) to transfer funds between cards. I have both the sender and receiver and both card owners are known to each other. POS machines themselves are obviously not hard to come by, but does a software/system exist that is able to complete this transaction.
