Linking Paypal account

Dear All,

I just joined as i have several domains for sale but i don't know how to link my PayPal biz account. I have a Merchant number but when i click on the "create link" for Paypal, the below response occurs:

Digital Point - Error
You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated so that i can complete the registration process.
