Can't access my recovery phone

I switched phones, my phone number, and my phone company.
I tried to get back into my Yahoo mail with my email and password but I keep getting a message saying because of new activity in need to use my. Recovery phone number to verify my account.
I've tried the online help and it just keeps me in a perpetual loop.
Any help would be appreciated.
