I am looking for a plugin which will display a drown down bar with information only on mobile devices like phones or on iPad.
For. e.g. if you look at this site on a web browser and on an iPad you will see the difference

On iPad, the site shows a drop down bar with a link to the app page.
Could anyone let me know how to achieve this? Any help would be much appreciated.
