The categories on the knowledgebase homepage are not links to the categories themselves. This can be useful if there are many items in one category.

All the topics are linked individually. You can control how many of them to show on the Knowledgebase page from the Knowledgebase Settings:
.../wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=nanosupport&page=nanosupport-settings&tab=knowledgebase_settings

If your topic exceeds the number you provided, a link to Category archive will appear at the bottom saying All entries.
