Hi, I am new to affiliate management and have some questions.

For Example VAT tax.
I am in NZ and if my affiliates are in Bangladesh or EU or Canada.
Like aren't affiliates kinda self-employed by definition?
Anyway I am using iDevAffiliates and there is a VAT tax option, not sure if I should enable it or leave it disabled.

Also how do you guys find affiliates for your websites.

I tried dm to youtube channels but I am not sure if they read their email or what, I got no replies so far.
